Case description
Prescription Hope turned me over for collections when no services were rendered. Collections where for medications I never received and after 6 months of giving them my Doctor's information name & address so they could get prescription from her I cancelled because they sent to some one other than my doctor. No one at my doctor's office knew who this mysterious doctor was, my doctor's office filled out paperwork crossed through mysterious doctors name and wrote my doctor's name in place. After I contacted prescription hope and told them they said they couldn't accept it that way and they would send out another request to my real doctor, At that point I was so frustrated with Prescription Hope's incompetence I told them to cancel my account. I want the collections cleared up completely. I do not owe them anything, never received medications period...
