Charged unreasonable fees

Case description
AT&T has charged me with (3) chargeback for rewards this is for a CELLPHONE ACCT where there agreement say May charge back if customers don't stay the timeframe I chatted in and asked about the rewards and the chat Rep told me which i have that chat documented and proof of chat saying that the (3) 800.00 we got was ours to keep even if we left AT&T. The Office of the president called and said that they are only going to give us a credit back for (1) of those 800.00 because they said its in their rewards agreement if they actually read their agreement it says MAY not WE WILL they should honor what they told me from their chat and credit us all (3) 800.00 fees and retrain their agents not to tell customers that the rewards was their's to keep and not be charged when the customer leaves AT&T needs to re-write their agreement to make it Say we WILL charge back if the customer doesn't stay for said timeframe.

What happens next

Disputing parties will be invited to resolve the matter based on this public verdict. If the parties have agreed beforehand to use the results to arbitrate the case the verdict will be binding. If not, the results are nonbinding but can be used as input to guide further negotiation. Depending on the case, results may be distributed to other interested parties such as regulators and media.
